2. Purpose of MANGLANO Access

MANGLANO Access is a digital area intended to provide registered users with MANGLANO-related content, project context, creative or industry insights, account functionality and, where enabled, access to MANGLANO Intelligence features. Features may evolve over time.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You may not create accounts for unlawful purposes, impersonate another person or organisation, share access in a way that compromises security, or attempt to bypass access controls.

4. Optional communications

Registration and use of the service are separate from optional marketing preferences. Where MANGLANO offers checkboxes for insights or commercial offers, those choices are voluntary and may be changed or withdrawn.

5. Information and AI-assisted outputs

Content, recommendations, creative suggestions, budget guidance and AI-assisted outputs are provided as working information and do not replace a final written production proposal, contract, professional advice or human review where that is appropriate. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use MANGLANO Access to upload or transmit unlawful content, malicious code, confidential third-party information without authority, excessive automated requests, or material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. Security testing or attempts to access another user’s account require prior written authorisation.

7. Intellectual property

MANGLANO Access, its interface, MANGLANO-created materials and original content remain the property of MANGLANO GLOBAL SL or the relevant rights holder. Account access does not transfer ownership of MANGLANO intellectual property. Client-owned materials and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

8. Availability and changes

MANGLANO may update, improve, restrict or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. MANGLANO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of experimental, preview or free functionality.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, including in cases of suspected misuse, security incidents or material breach of these terms. Users may request account deletion by contacting MANGLANO, subject to information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

10. Personal data

Personal data processed through MANGLANO Access is handled in accordance with the website Privacy Policy. The account registration flow may request name, company, business email, industry, website, service interests, authentication data and optional communication preferences.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MANGLANO is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised account use outside its reasonable control, third-party services, or reliance on preliminary or automated outputs without appropriate review.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to a particular user.
